It has been a long time since I have blogged, so going to try to get back in the habit of it. I have to go all the way back to April. We had Kristin's birthday dinner and also
He loved it
After the birthdays along came Easter.
This was Trevor's school program
Then Nolen had a program for graduating from Kindergarten
We had been at Defeated Creek but came back for Mitchell's school program
Kristin and John came up to spend some time at the lake and Shelby had her first ride on the wave runners.
Papaw and his towheaded girl
July so far has been quite busy. We went to Jessica's beautiful fun wedding
which gave us an opportunity to get some family pics.

At the reception Shelby got to play dress up and was kicking up her heels dancing while,
Mitchell had to show his moves
Then I was back at Defeated Creek for 2 weeks and the only pics I took were of wildlife. I had to fill this hummingbird feeder which was on the back of the camper 3 times while I was there.
The deer are plentiful up there. This was right by our camper.
Next was Mitchell's birthday. He changed from a Wrestling birthday party to a Despicable Me party, so we made the minion cake and cupcakes.
Lot of folks came and it was terribly hot, but I think they all had a good time.
I'm really going to try to do better on my blog.

So many great photos! I really liked the hummingbird silhouetted on the feeder. Also, I had seen Mitchell's cake, but not all the cupcakes!! They are quite impressive. I'm guessing they're twinkies on top of cupcakes?? Genius!!
